In 2013, Heather was approached by DLR Tide Towns to produce an original artwork. The piece would be framed and awarded to the Winners of DLR Tidy Towns, with a limited edition of prints to be given to all runners-up. The view of the town hall from boardwalk in Dún Laoghaire was chosen.
